PROGRAM SUGGESTION:

DAY 1: Arrival in Šibenik.
Welcome drink with our tour guide

DAY 2: Šibenik
This Croatian renaissance city is first seen in season 5 when the show's producers decided to use it as a filming location for the city of Braavos. An interesting fact for fans is that Braavosi are skilled sailors and swordsmen, just like the people of Šibenik, which certainly contributed to the authenticity of the location. Recall the scene in which Arya Stark follows the Braavosi in the square in front of the Cathedral of St. Jacob. The small fishing port of Mandroć was used as a filming location for the port of Braavos.
In the afternoon we drive to the Krka National Park. The film team couldn't resist the beauty of the Krka National Park. Breathtaking scenes were filmed in front of the rushing waterfalls. Here the rural area of the continent of Westeros shows itself in all its nature and harmony. Dinner and overnight in the hotel.

DAY 3: Trogir
In the series Trogir is the trading port of Qarth, where in season 2, the magicians captured Khaleesi's dragons. Also, don't miss the beautiful Monastery of St. Dominic, which was also used as the location for some of the scenes.

DAY 4: Split and Klis
After breakfast we say goodbye to Šibenik and we continue south to the beautiful city of Split. All the scenes taking place here were filmed in Diocletian's Palace. Probably the most famous scenes from here are those of Daenerys in her throne room, where she trained her dragons. The throne room can be found in the substructures of Diocletian's Palace, popularly known as "the cellars".
In the afternoon the journey continues to Klis - the filming location for the largest of the three slave cities, Meereen. From here you have a spectacular panoramic view of the city of Split and its suburbs. Continue to Makarska for dinner and overnight.

DAY 5: Free day or possibility of excursions
Today you have a free day to work on the first positive impressions of our film trip. Stroll along the sea or have a fish picnic on the neighboring island of Brač.

DAY 6: Trsteno and Dubrovnik
After a quiet day, we want to reach our highlight of the trip - the city of Dubrovnik. But on the way there is still a little sugar ahead of us: Trsteno is a small village about 18 km north of the city of Dubrovnik. The garden complex “Arboretum von Trsteno” is transformed into the green garden of King's Landing (King's Landing) in the Game of Thrones series. The arboretum contains the oldest collection of exotic plants and trees in Croatia. After the sightseeing we continue to Dubrovnik. Check-in and dinner in the Dubrovnik area.

DAY 7: Dubrovnik
Dubrovnik is probably the most important stop on this tour as it served as the filming location for the capital of the Seven Kingdoms for 5 seasons. The old town of Dubrovnik was really a good base for the series, especially the outer walls of the city and the many narrow streets in the city center. Well, you don't want to miss the Lovrijenac Fortress, the Red Keep in the series, the residence of King of the Andals and the First Men. Many famous scenes were filmed here, such as the celebration of King Joffrey's name day or Cersei's conversation with Littlefinger about Arya's escape from King’s Landing. Some of the other well-known locations in Dubrovnik are the Pile Gate, the City Walls, and the Minceta Tower, which is the House of Immortals in the series.

DAY 8: Lokrum
A small, beautiful island not far from Dubrovnik. Lokrum was the filming location for the trading town of Qarth, which we could see in the scene where Daenerys meets the magician in the gardens of Qarth, actually the gardens of the old 12th century Benedictine monastery. A special treat for fans is the visitor center in the monastery, where a “Game of Thrones” exhibition can be seen with a replica of the Iron Throne.

DAY 9: Ston
After breakfast our fan trip goes north again. On the way we make a stop in Ston. The spectacular walls of Ston were given the role of the King's Landing fortifications, on which the king's soldiers patrolled in the film. Continue on the new motorway and the Lika area for an overnight stay in the Zadar region.

DAY 10: Journey home

HIGHLIGHTS OF THE JOURNEY:

King's Landing, Quarth and Braavos - fantastic "original locations"

EXCURSION POSSIBILITIES - OUR RECOMMENDATIONS:

Boat trip with fish picnic to the island of Brač - take a boat trip to the island of Brač and experience the Adriatic Sea from the first row. The handwriting of the Brač stone cutters and the Brač marble are famous and recognized all over the world.
The stonemason school in Pučišća is the only one of its kind in Croatia and one of the few in Europe. It has a very high reputation among professionals.
The students themselves still use old tools that were inherited from the times of the Romans. This tool is about 2000 years old, but modern and new tools are also used. You will experience this and much more on today's excursion.
Lunch with fish or meat and Dalmatian wine is also served on the ship.
