Unikat Villas resort is a typical Istrian restaurant (konoba in Croatian ) with a 150 year-old stone oven that was used in ancient times for hot bread making for all villages around Bonasini.

It was carefully restored and renovated with love, so the scent of fresh home-made bread will greet you each morning.

This villa has a total indoor area of 260 sqm and outdoor 1.200 sqm.

It has its own garden, private swimming pool, a covered barbecue and dining area with an outdoor summer kitchen and relaxing garden furniture.
