Blue Waves Resort is located on the Island of Krk, in the Bay of Kvarner, next to the beach with crystal clear sea. It is connected with the centre of Malinska, a nearby small fisherman’s and touristic resort, by a 2 kilometer beach promenade.
With careful selection of natural colors, materials and modern design, this resort fits perfectly in the coastal landscape. 97 rooms are divided in three separate facilities, and none is higher than three floors. The warm atmosphere in all rooms is enhanced with the selection of brown colors and they are all equipped according to the four-star hotel standards. Every room is equipped with air conditioning, LCD TV with satellite programs, mini-bar, safe, bathroom with bath or shower, hair dryer and telephone.
Beside its excellent position by the sea, this resort also offers three swimming pools. There is one heated indoor pool with Jacuzzi and the other two are outdoor; main pool with sundeck and lagoon-pool with children’s playground and additional small children’s pool next to it
The main buffet restaurant is located right next to the beach and is arranged on two levels. Regardless of where seated in the restaurant, guests can enjoy a beautiful view of the beach and the sea. Restaurant daily offers specialties of national and international cuisine. Except for buffet restaurant, resort has also a few bars; Beach bar is right on the beach, Pool bar is located next to the main pool and Lobby bar, with small but always sunny terrace, can be found near Reception area.
Health & Relax zone is equipped with an indoor swimming pool with heated water, Jacuzzi, Finnish sauna, small gym and two massage rooms. Resort has a parking lot on open as well as underground garage for about 25 cars.
