PROGRAM SUGGESTION:
Saturday:
Arrival at the port of Opatija. Lunch will be served on board after organizing a tour of Opatija and a walk along the famous Franz Josef Promenade - Lungo Mare. The evening is free to explore the numerous cafes and restaurants in Opatija or in the fishing village of Volosko.
Sunday:
After breakfast, walk along the beach promenade to Lovran, where our boat picks us up and takes us to the island of love - the island of Rab. Lunch break and swimming break during the trip. Overnight in the charming city
Rab, which is known for its four towers and amazing architecture. Walking time approx. 3 hours
Monday:
After breakfast we hike to Straža (409m altitude) to enjoy the breathtaking view of the mainland and the islands of the Kvarner Bay. Descent to the boat and lunch, then a cruise towards
the magical island of Mali Lošinj with a possible swim stop in a bay. In the evening free time and overnight in the largest city of all the Kvarner Bay islands, Mali Lošinj. Walking time approx. 5 hours
Tuesday:
After breakfast we hike from Mali Lošinj to the Sveti Ivan (234m altitude) hill and then in the direction of Veli Lošinj to take a bath or campfire break. This picturesque area with the densely wooded hills, tall old ones
Stone houses and gardens make it one of the most impressive in the Kvarner Bay. After a break, head back to Mali Lošinj for another overnight stay. Walking time approx. 4 hours
Wednesday:
In the morning the cruise starts in the old town of Osor, between the islands of Mali Lošinj and Cres. A hiking route in Osor leads us to the Osorčica mountain hut (approx. 308m), where lunch is served. A wonderful view extends from Osorčica over Nerezine and Lošinj, we see the open sea and the surrounding islands: Cres, Susak, Unije. Return to the ski and on to Martinšćica Bay on the island of Cres, followed by dinner and overnight. Walking time approx. 5 hours
Thursday:
After breakfast, drive on the longest and perhaps the most beautiful and colorful hiking tour. First we climb to 280m to the village of Vidovići, then we continue on foot along the dry stone walls next to sheep in a pine forest
to the summit of Helm (482m). The route then goes to the village of Lubenice. After lunch we go to the port of Valun from where the boat takes us to Cres for dinner and overnight. Walking time approx. 7 hours
Friday:
In the early morning drive to Opatija, from where we will be transferred to the Učka mountain. The forests of the Učka Mountains offer a pleasant freshness in summer and the mountain offers a unique view of the whole of Kvarner
Bay and islands (entry to the Učka Nature Park approx. 3 EUR). Lunch break at the summit, followed by a descent to Opatija - the pearl of the Adriatic. The overnight stay takes place in Opatija. Walking time approx. 6 hours.
Saturday:
Disposal until 9 a.m. after breakfast
