PROGRAM SUGGESTION:
DAY 1: Arrival in the Kvarner Bay
DAY 2: Island of Cres and Lošinj
After breakfast, take the ferry to the island of Cres. Largely untouched nature is what makes this island so charming - stone landscapes with fragrant sage bushes, in the middle of it the beautiful freshwater lake "Vransko jezero" and in the sky the now rare, protected griffon vulture, which is also known as the white-headed vulture because of its typical head color. It is separated from the island of Mali Lošinj by a 9 m narrow canal near the village of Osor. Mali Lošinj, with its lush vegetation, contrasts with Cres.
DAY 3: The island of Krk and the monastery island of Košljun
Today you drive to the island's capital Krk. During a walk through the old town you will visit the 5th / 6th century. begun Romanesque Cathedral of the Assumption of Mary. The journey continues to Punat, from where you take a small boat to the monastery island of Košljun. Visit to the museum and the Franciscan monastery. On the islet we can see models of old ships from the Kvarner region, folk costumes from the island of Krk, a collection of coins and ceramics, various ethnographic exhibits about the work of farmers and fishermen. We reach the island by boat from the port of Punat (approx. 10 minutes crossing).

DAY 4: Island of Rab
Rab is the fourth in the Kvarner Islands, the fifth on our program. The four church towers are the landmark of the old town of Rab, which is one of the most beautiful on the entire Adriatic coast. If you stroll through the three parallel main streets, you will still be able to discover some old patrician houses with filigree Gothic pointed arch windows and other architectural details. Return to the hotel in the afternoon.
DAY 5: Island of Pag and city tour of Zadar
After breakfast you start south to the ferry crossing from Prizna to Žigljen on the island of Pag. Drive over the 60 km long, woodless island of Pag to the extreme south of the island, which is connected to the mainland by a bridge. A spooky landscape shows the power of the Bora. Along the island of Pag to the south we approach the mainland again and over the Pag bridge we reach the city of Zadar - the metropolis of northern Dalmatia. A city tour awaits us, followed by free time so that you can explore the city on your own. Overnight stay on the Zadar riviera.
DAY 6: Kornati Island National Park
"On the last day of creation, God wanted to crown his work and so he created the Kornati islands out of tears, stars and breath" is the name of the creation of the Kornati islands, a labyrinth of 147 islands that are lined up like a string of pearls. Learn about the origins of this island wonder world and its history and meet with your ship's captain at the end of this unforgettable island trip. There is also a traditional lunch including drinks on the ship.
